Spa Tip from Tara<\/h2>\n

Clients often ask, \u201cWhat is the best anti-aging skin regimen for women?\u201d<\/em>
\nThe skin\u2019s collagen will begin to break down at around age 26. You may start to notice dark spots, acne scars, and fine expression lines beginning to appear. It is now time to take your skin serious and make some changes to your skin care regimen. I like to educate my clients and give them some direction on where to start and what products they will need. I suggest the use of a Vitamin C pro-collagen-brightening serum (2 drops) mixed with pure hydration hyaluronic acid serum (1 drop) for daytime. This will help brighten the complexion, support healthy collagen production, prevent dry skin and wrinkles, and add a plumping effect without having to use a needle. For nighttime, I suggest that clients start to incorporate trans-retinol into their regimen. This will help diminish the signs of aging, support acne regimens, enhance the turnover rate of your skin, and reduce the appearance of age spots and pore size. These 3 products combined can jump start your skin and create a preventative anti-aging program.
