How do I prepare for my VOLLURE XC treatment?
1. Is Your Provider Adequately Trained?
When considering VOLLURE XC or any other cosmetic procedure, DO YOUR RESEARCH! It is important to know the qualifications of your injector. Your procedure should be done in an accredited medical spa that is clean and well maintained.
2. Be Comfortable with Your Provider
Your provider should educate you on your procedure and answer any questions you may have prior to beginning your treatment. Feel comfortable asking how many times they have performed the procedure and ask to view previous patient photos. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
Know what to expect:
1. Is the treatment painful?
The truth is that everyone has a different threshold of pain. Some patients have no pain at all, while others describe the pain as minimal. The good news is a topical anesthetic and/or ice packs may be applied prior to your procedure helping to minimize any possible discomfort.
2. Are the results immediate?
The results with VOLLURE XC are visible immediately. Patients may experience mild swelling or bruising to treatment area post procedure. This should be resolved within a few days to one week. There is no downtime with this treatment.
3. How long do the results last?
The results are immediate and they last approximately 18 mos.
